Position Summary :

Maintenance Technician

Franklin University Columbus Ohio

Pay : $23.35 / hour Full-Time Onsite MonFri 6 : 00 a.m.3 : 00 p.m. (with possible overtime & emergency call)

Franklin University is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. Under general supervision this role performs intermediate-level maintenance troubleshooting and repairs across campus buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Maintenance (Carpentry Electrical Plumbing HVAC 70%)

• Perform daily inspections preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Install / repair fixtures doors drywall flooring lighting outlets motors plumbing fixtures valves traps thermostats filters and HVAC components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve temperature issues power outages leaks and other building system problems.
• Respond to emergency calls and correct safety or operational defects.
