About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years of charge experience preferred

License : Current nursing license

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CCRN

Must-Have : Must have a vehicle for this assignment; experience with Epic charting; ability to float between units

Description :

The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.

The nurse will monitor patients closely and provide interventions as needed.

The position requires the ability to care for ventilated patients and manage dysrhythmias.

Nurses are required to float between different units based on the needs of the facility.

Weekend shifts are required, with a rotation of every other weekend or more as needed.

Patient ratios are generally 1 : 1 or 1 : 2, depending on patient acuity.

Interdisciplinary support is available, including respiratory services and physical therapy.

Nurses will administer vasoactive medications and perform continuous renal replacement therapy when necessary.

The role includes the use of specialized equipment and technology within the unit.

All candidates must be flexible and willing to adapt to the dynamic needs of the unit.

Candidates will need to provide references and may be expected to float to affiliated facilities.
