Sr. Manager, Workday Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Manager of Workday Solutions to lead the enterprise-wide direction, implementation and optimization of the Workday platform, including Financials (FINS), Adaptive Planning, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Human Capital Management (HCM). In addition to Workday, this leader will also be responsible for managing other critical financial and integration systems such as Blackline (account reconciliation) and PasUnity (data integration and automation).

This role requires a strong combination of Workday expertise, cross-functional leadership, and system integration strategy to ensure our ERP ecosystem supports and scales with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead strategic oversight and lifecycle management of the Workday platform, including :

Financials (GL, AP / AR, Banking, Assets)

BlackLine - Account reconciliations and financial close automation

Compensation : $165,000 - $185,000
