    Position Summary

    The Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial buildings while providing excellent service to tenants and property owners.

    Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on office, retail, and industrial properties
  • Conduct property inspections with management and provide reports
  • Respond to tenant work orders and service requests
  • Communicate with vendors / contractors for bids and scheduling
  • Handle emergency calls according to building protocols
  • Preventative maintenance : lighting, roof, plumbing, filters, drains
  • Maintain and prepare vacant spaces for occupancy
  • Track purchases and supplies through company system
  • Record all work in a mobile app

    • Qualifications

  • Maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely
  • Problem-solving and time management skills
  • Team player with excellent communication
