Job descriptionGraduate of an accredited NP or PA program. 1+ years of ER or inpatient experience (required). Board Certified in Family, Emergency, or Hospital Medicine. Certifications : ACLS, PALS, ATLS / CALS. Licensed (or eligible) in North Dakota with DEA credentials. Strong independent decision-making, leadership, and adaptability skills. Comfortable with a shift-based schedule.

Job Summary :
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a salaried, 26-week-per-year position providing comprehensive care across all age groups in both the hospital and emergency room settings. Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Care : Diagnose, treat, admit, and manage patients with complex conditions.
- ER Duties : Conduct consults, triage, and provide emergency care.
- Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Diagnostics & Procedures : Order and interpret tests; perform procedures as needed.
- Quality & Compliance : Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to medical regulations.
- Continuous Learning : Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing education.
