First Time Travelers Accepted

Weekend Requirement : 1 weekend every 3 weeks

Float Required : May be asked to float to MS if needed

Skillset Requirements : Interpretation / Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, GI surgery, Accessing ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care / management, PICC line management, starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Procedural Sedation Admin, Titrate Cardiac Drips. Titrate Vasoactive drips, Assist w / management of BiPAP and CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, HFNC, Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning, Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions / Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds w drains / Wound Vac

Staffing Ratios : 1 : 2

Unit Information : Sepsis, DKA, Respiratory Failure, COPD, Arterial fibrillation, NSTEMI - without intervention, Acute mental status changes, Hypertensive Emergencies
