What you will do :

• Research pricing and quantity discrepancies
• Follow-up on status of unapproved payables
• Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
• Process inventory or overhead expense invoices
• Facilitate new vendor setup and update existing vendor's information
• Assist with vendors inquiries
• Assist with Accounts Payable reporting requirements
• Back up staff if necessary

What you will bring :

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

Location : Oceanside, CA

Work hours : 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday

Salary Range : This is a non-exempt position and pays between $20.87 - $27.82 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
