BILINGUAL QC INSPECTOR

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for the inspection, audit and reports on materials, processes and products using variable or attribute measuring gauges and visual inspection techniques to ensure conformance with the company’s quality standards.

Essential Functions

• Perform inspections of purchased, in process or finished products according to defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical, and / or visual measurements.
• May perform first piece inspections and record results.
• Perform in-process inspections on the production floor.
• Ensure rework or rejection of in-work products, assemblies or finished products as required.
• Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
• Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Contribute and adhere to safety and quality policies and requirements.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.

Pay : $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
