Pay Range : $65hr - $70hr

  • Commercial Insurance Experience is must.
  • nalyze customer data to identify financial behaviors, needs, and pain points across different life stages.
  • Develop and maintain a financial life cycle framework that informs product development and personalization strategies.
  • Create and refine customer journey maps to visualize end-to-end experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, marketing, and data teams to align product features with customer goals.
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and financial outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark financial planning tools and services.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear storytelling and data visualization.
  • Lead people change management efforts for new product initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption across teams and stakeholders.
  • Commercial Insurance Experience is must.
  • Design and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication frameworks tailored to agile environments.
  • Serve as an agile coach, guiding teams in adopting agile principles, improving delivery practices, and enhancing team collaboration.
  • Conduct impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and resistance management planning.
  • Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and training sessions to build change capability and agile maturity.
  • Collaborate with product managers, scrum masters, and leadership to align change efforts with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and marketers to develop creative concepts for new products and features.
  • Translate product ideas into compelling visual assets, including concept sketches, mood boards, storyboards, and presentation materials.
  • Contribute to the visual identity and branding of new products, ensuring consistency with the overall brand.
  • Support the design of packaging, in-product visuals, and marketing collateral for product launches.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and user research to inform creative direction.
  • Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to product innovation.
  • Help visualize and communicate product concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
