Job descriptionManage operational budgets, including revenue, expenses, and labor allocation. Partner with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure sustainable growth. Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery. Maintain standards aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Use data insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement. Recruit, inspire, and retain a talented, mission-focused team. Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and recognition. Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders. Serve as a visible and trusted leader within the community. Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, and referral networks. Support outreach and educational initiatives that align with the organization's mission. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or other service-oriented industries. Demonstrated success managing operations, finances, and cross-functional teams. Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and emotional intelligence.
