Role Overview

Seeking a Mid–Senior Full Stack Engineer who can drive development across the product

stack, from backend services to rich client-side UIs. The Engineers will help build tools that

power operations, analytics, routing, resident engagement, and support systems.

In this role, Engineers will :

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web services and applications using Node.js (or Bun) and React.
• Contribute to both the frontend and backend architecture, ensuring modularity, performance, and maintainability.
• Work closely with product, operations, and design stakeholders to deliver features that solve real-world problems in waste management and community services.
• Integrate with third-party services (e.g. mapping / routing APIs, logistics, notifications).
• Build dashboards, admin tools, and real-time data visualizations for internal operations teams.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scale.
• Mentor junior developers and positively influence team practices and culture.
