Job Responsibilities

• Personalize Patient Care : Assess individual patient needs and design tailored therapy plans that empower them to meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Utilize evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work in close cooperation with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Teach patients and caregivers about therapeutic techniques that encourage progress and continuity of care at home.
• Track Patient Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient advancement.
