Job Summary

The computed tomography (CT) technologist is responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the operation of CT equipment for diagnostic imaging purposes.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED; Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program

Licenses & Certifications :

Cert Medical Radiologic Tech by the Texas Medical Board (TMB)

Basic Life Support from a hospital- based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program

Cert Computed Tomography Tech by the ARRT

Work Experience : Two (2) years experience in Radiological Imaging preferred

Communication Skills : Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing / Correspondence

Proficiencies : P.C., MS Word, MS Excel
