Job description

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Charleston, West Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements

Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state / federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.\nResponsibilities : \n

  • \tConduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders\n
  • \tDevelop and update individualized treatment / discharge plans\n
  • \tDocument services in compliance with regulations and facility standards\n
  • \tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families\n
  • \tMaintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols\nQualifications : \n
  • \tGraduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS / MA)\n
  • \tCurrent state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility\n
  • \tStrong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
