Physician / Geriatrics / Missouri / Permanent / Geriatric Post-Acute Care Physician opening in Sprin

Health System is seeking a BE / BC physician to join our Geriatric Post-Acute Care team in Springfield, Missouri. This physician will see patients in the skilled nursing facility and long term care settings. Candidates may be BE / BC in geriatric medicine, internal medicine or family medicine.

Position highlights :

• Join 7 physicians in our well-established Geriatric Medicine group
• Cover 3 skilled nursing and / or long term care facilities with the potential for medical directorships
• Support from APPs and a Director of Post-Acute Care who serves as a liaison with the facilities
• Mon-Fri schedule
• Position allows for flexibility in daily schedule start and end times
• 1 : 5 evening / weekend call- phone calls only
