A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, DevOps.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage performance, professional development, and team health of a diverse group of engineers

Recruit and onboard new team members while cultivating an inclusive team culture

Develop the team's roadmap and collaborate with other team leads on prioritization and outcomes

Required Qualifications :

At least two years of engineering management experience, including goal setting and growth planning

Minimum of two years of experience in building and scaling applications and software development processes

At least two years of experience leading technical teams and facilitating decision-making

Experience managing or working with distributed or hybrid teams
