How you'll make an impact
- Serves as Gallagher Bassett's lead client relationship manager for multiple group captives interacting with Captive Consultants and members of the assigned group captives
- Manages a team of Client Service Managers tasked with delivering the highest levels of member satisfaction and broker service
- Ensures Client Service Managers on their team perform all assigned duties including those related to customer service; meeting and workshop prep and attendance; claim reviews and service issue tracking and resolution
- Attends and represents GB at board of directors' meetings (two annually for each group captive assigned)
- Proactively supports captive team members in overcoming the most challenging member / broker situations
- Ensures appropriate levels of interaction (calls, in-person visits, board and loss control workshop meeting participation) with Captive Consultants, Captives Members and Broker partners
- Ensures growth and development of team members
- Performs annual program stewardship reviews analyzing captive performance across key indicators and identifying opportunities for improved outcomes
- Leads and overseas production on renewals and / or extension of Gallagher Bassett service offerings
- Has robust understanding of group captives and how cost of risk impacts captives / members financial statements and unique attributes, which may hinder solutions (e.g., jurisdictional challenges, shifting and sharing of losses among other shareholders within the group captive).

Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years related experience in a leadership roleExceptional coaching, feedback and leadership skillsTravel as required - both domestic and internationalAnalytical thinking and consultative approach in resolving complex mattersExcellent presentation and facilitation skills - ability to effectively lead conversations among senior-level clients with credibilityWork Traits :
