Job Description
In this hands-on role, the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Coordinator will partner closely with the Regional Safety Manager to support safety and environmental compliance initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities :
- Supporting safety and environmental programs to identify, reduce, and manage workplace hazards
- Assisting the Regional Senior Vice President in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Conducting routine safety inspections and reporting findings to the Safety Manager
- Coordinating corrective actions and securing necessary resources to resolve safety issues
- Following up on inspection results to ensure timely closure of non-compliant or unsafe conditions
- Delivering employee training on various safety and environmental topics as needed
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and enforcement of company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field3–5 years of practical safety experience (civil construction industry experience preferred)Strong communication skillsBilingual Spanish a plusWillingness to travel regionally as required
