The Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Keep in mind, this is a seasonal summer position that may or may not have potential to lead into a permanent position placement within the company at the end of the season. About the Member Services Representative Role :

As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests while ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience!

Compensation : $10.00 - $10.50 per hour
