This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll : Lead the experience : Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves. Be the solution : Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction. Understand that teamwork is key : Work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment. Be in the know : Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
