Entry Level Recruiting Admin Needed

The recruiting admin is responsible for assisting the team in the sourcing phase of the recruitment cycle for all non-exempt / hourly positions. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and enthusiastic attitude to provide candidates with the best experience.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• High volume outbound calls
• Handle a variety of talent acquisition - sourcing tasks
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media sites
• Do outreach to exceptional candidates
• Schedule phone or in-person interviews
• Communicate with candidates promptly
• Send out all bulk email (confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails)
• Coordinate drug tests and background checks
• Participate in recruiting events
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills / Abilities :
