About Your Role :

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’re more than a clinician—you’re a coach, a mentor, and a champion for positive change. Every day, you’ll help families unlock potential and celebrate progress, guiding clients through personalized behavior plans that truly make a difference.

You’ll lead a small, manageable caseload, giving you the time to build meaningful connections. Along the way, you’ll empower parents with practical strategies, mentor passionate team members, and create an environment where growth feels exciting and achievable.

Do the following apply to you :

Masters or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or Special Education or another Human Services Discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Licensed Behavior Analyst – within the State of North Carolina (or willing to obtain)

Completed 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
