Radiology Physician at ProLocums summary :

A General Radiologist is sought with proficiency in basic interventional radiology and proficiency in 3D mammography and whole body MRI. The role also requires skills in general nuclear medicine and PET / CT imaging, with a high volume of cases to review weekly. Flexibility in availability for specific dates in November and December is necessary for this position.

We need an all around General Radiologist with basic IR skills (thoracentesis and paracentesis minimum, PICC line preferred).

3D mammo required - Automated breast ultrasound certification not necessary but would be preferred.

Comfortable reading whole body MRI - can work around if not comfortable with Breast or Prostate MRI.

General Nuclear medicine (VQ, HIDA, bone Scan) and PET / CT required (approx 8-10 on Thursday)

High volume readers required - total number of cases ranges from 130 - 175 exams depending on ED volume. Approximately 25-35 CT, 7-10 MRI, 12-15 Mammo, 15 Ultrasound.
