As a Security Officer - Driving Post Screener in Niles, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As a Screener in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, supporting access control, and upholding Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, and integrity through teamwork and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do

Support access control procedures by screening individuals and / or vehicles entering the aerospace and defense location.

Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activities.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with site-specific policies and procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.

Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site policies.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and concerns.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
