\n Job Description

\nThe Travel PT will provide high-quality therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include : \n

\n\t

  • Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans\n\t
  • Delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function\n\t
  • Educating patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies\n\t
  • Documenting patient progress and updating care plans as needed\n\t
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes\n\t
  • Promoting wellness and rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient settings\n

    • \n Education and Certification Requirements \n\n \n\t

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent required)\n\t
  • Active South Dakota PT license (or eligibility prior to start)\n\t
  • BLS certification (AHA required) \n\t
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; strong new grads considered\n
