Curriculum Development : Define and map all necessary product, technical, and sales content to certification tracks, ensuring alignment with partner roles and business outcomes.

Governance : Establish and manage the program's policies, testing methodology, expiration / renewal requirements, and credential badging.

Partner Engagement : Work closely with Channel Sales and Partner Marketing to promote the certification program and ensure high adoption rates across the ecosystem.

2. Content Creation and Instructional Design

Develop a full range of engaging, high-quality training content, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), virtual training (VILT), self-paced eLearning modules, sales playbooks, competitive analysis guides, and lab exercises.

Translate highly technical specifications for Enterprise and Data Center hardware and software into clear, business-value-focused sales and technical training.

Ensure all training content is updated immediately following product launches, feature updates, and market shifts.

3. Training Delivery and Facilitation

Deliver live, hands-on, and virtual training sessions to channel partner sales, pre-sales, and technical teams globally.

Coach and mentor internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to become effective co-trainers for specialized solution areas.

Act as the primary technical resource and trainer for major partner sales kickoffs (SKOs) and internal sales enablement events.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Measurement

Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to gather source material and ensure training accuracy and messaging consistency.

Partner with the Channel Sales leadership to identify top-priority skill gaps and tailor training initiatives to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Track, measure, and report on key training and certification KPIs (e.g., certification completion rates, partner capability scores, correlation to partner revenue), continuously optimizing programs for impact.
