Role : UI / UX design Location : West Des Moines, Iowa Interview Type : Web Local to Iowa Candidates Only What You'll Do Design engaging, user-centric digital experiences for websites, apps, and interactive platforms Develop wireframes, prototypes, and designs using Figma Create digital assets using A e Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, copywriters, and clients to bring ideas to life Conduct UX research, perform usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback Gain Exposure by working across multiple industries and tackling diverse design challenges Build and enhance websites for various clients What We're Looking For 6+ years of UI / UX design experience Expertise in Figma and A e Creative Cloud Knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS WordPress Management expertise to add and modify content on existing websites Strong Portfolio showcasing UI design, user flows, and problem-solving skills Multitasking Skills to balance multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards User-Centered Focus with an eye for detail Team Player mentality with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback Excellent Communication and presentation skills Minimum Requirements Education : A degree in UI / UX, graphic design, visual design, or a relevant field Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the US
