Base pay range

$270,000.00 / yr - $290,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types

Our client, a leading Bay Area biotech company, is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with pharma or biotech product counseling experience.

What You’ll Do :

  • Advise on commercialization of biotech products, including advertising and promotion, market access, medical affairs, and government affairs.
  • Advise on FDA regulatory issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on business strategies and risk mitigation.
  • Interpret and apply laws related to the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act.

    • You must have the following qualifications in order to be considered :

  • 7+ years of legal experience, including significant work in FDA and healthcare law.
  • JD and U.S. bar membership.
  • Experience supporting biotech commercial or medical functions.
  • Clear, practical communication style and strong business judgment.
  • Preferred : In-house experience in the life sciences industry.
