Required Qualifications

7+ years in management consulting, healthcare strategy, or operations with proven leadership experience

Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills

Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare operations or physician workforce management preferred
