LifePoint is seeking a travel nurse RN System Float ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

MUST HAVE ICU EXPERIENCE No block schedule requests, 48 hour can be considered but not guaranteed

  • Orientation Weekly Located in Lake Havasu City Joint Commission Accredited 171 beds Community hospital and regional referral center Certified Chest Pain Center Level Trauma 3 Havasu, AZ Outdoor recreation central Beautiful mountain ranges paired with serene lake scenery Close to major cities such as : Las Vegas- 2.5 hours drive Phoenix- 3.25 hours drive Grand Canyon National Park- 3.5 hours Los Angeles or San Diego, CA- 5 hour Local Rate : $54 - candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel Unit Profile Facility Name : Havasu Regional Medical Center Floor : 2 nd Floor Trauma Level : 3 Position Information :
  • Facility Department / Cost Center : 650 / 630
  • Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.) : Registered Nurse
  • Specialty : ICU / IMC Float
  • Shift : 7a – 7p or 7p - 7a
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36
  • Weekend Hours : Rotating weekends
  • Required Certifications : ACLS (Preferred-TNCC, PALS)
  • Years of Experience : 1 year travel, 2 years ICU
  • Float Requirements : Float between ICU main, ICU Overflow, and IMC (stepdown unit) Unit Information :
  • Number of Beds : ICU – 16, IMC – 30 (including ICU Overflow)
  • Patient Ratios : ICU – 1 : 2, IMC 1 : 3,4
  • Equipment : Baxter Infusion Pumps, GE Monitoring
  • EHR : Medhost
  • Supervisor : ICU – Katelyn Belt, IMC – Raine Hendrickson
  • Patient Population e.g. "geriatric, adult, peds, etc." : Adult / Geriatric Hiring Profile :
  • Must Have Skills / Experience : ICU / Critical Care
  • Preferred Skillset / Experience : Mixed ICU, Cardiac / CVICU
  • Common Diagnosis / Treatment : CABG, TAVR, STEMI, NSTEMI, Stroke, Trauma, cardiovascular, neuro, medical surgical ICU / IMC Dress Code :
  • Scrub Color : Black Scrubs Required :
  • Current State License
