Job descriptionActive Paramedic Certification in the state of employment. Minimumof 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911 / pre-hospitalservice (5 years preferred). Currentcertifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS / PEPP, and PHTLS / ITLS (NRP andinstructor certifications preferred). FP-Ccertification within24 months of hire. Flightor transport experience preferred. Successfulcompletion of the Medical Group education / orientation program. Bachelor'sdegree in a healthcare-related field preferred. Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity in person andover the phone. Basiccomputer skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting. Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength andflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening,and background check. Mustmaintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.

- Providecritical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care in accordance with establishedprotocols.
- Collaborateeffectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
- Operateand maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness foremergencies.
- Participatein ongoing training and education to maintain and elevate care standards.
- Rotationalschedule based on operational needs.
