Maintenance Operations Manager II Tractor Depreparation
Under general direction, this position manages the depreparation process for retiring semi-tractors, including oversight of repair estimates, cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely coordination across internal teams and external partners. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to effectively partner with internal departments, vendors, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The incumbent will exercise discretion This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and / or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance.
