We are hiring for Bartenders, Servers, and Hosts!

JOB SUMMARY :

As the face of our dining experience, youll play a key role in setting the tone for service thats warm, attentive, and effortlessly polished. Youll guide guests through our thoughtfully crafted food and wine offerings, turning each visit into a memorable occasion.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Possess expert-level knowledge of the menu, including seasonal features and wine pairings
• Deliver exceptional service with a genuine, guest-first mindsetanticipating needs, making thoughtful recommendations, and exceeding expectations
• Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, managing reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Clear, clean, and reset tables with speed and precision to maintain a polished dining space
• Navigate the Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system confidently and efficiently
• Manage all aspects of cashiering, including check closure and shift-end reports.
• Understand the full layout and flow of the restaurant, and how each team member contributes to the guest experience
• Execute daily opening / closing procedures and side work assignments with attention to detail
• Keep all tables, service areas, and stations fully stocked, and organized
• Maintain all required certifications, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety, as required by state and county
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
