VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Electrophysiology.

• State : KY
• Start Date : Pending Privileges

• Description : Shift Details : 5x8 clinic schedule but can run longer due to patient volumeSchedule : Flexible on schedule. Ideally looking for at least 1 week of clinic cov / month but will consider additional scheduling requests. Needs on weekends are limited so unlikely needed for weekend coverage.Call requirements : n / aWork Details :
• Support staff : 3 staff physicians support APPs
• Amount of coverage needed per month : flexible
• Patients per day : : Typical half-day clinical volumes range from 16-20 patients depending on whether the faculty is working alone or with an APP. Outreach volumes are typically lower.
• Patient Types : For new vs. follow-up patients conventional times are generally 15 / 30 minutes for follow-ups and 20 / 40 minutes for new patients depending on the clinician's experience and comfort with Epic.
• Department description : Option for clinic work only or clinic work and 1 day of procedure block shifts with lab time available.
• EMR : EPIC
• Special procedures : 1-day procedure block shifts with lab time available. Provider should be proficient in typical EP procedures including ablations and pacemakers when neededPractice Setting :
• Academic / Training
• Hospital Requirements :
• Board Certification : BE or BC fellowship in electrophysiology
• License required : KY – will consider licensing candidates
• DEA : Yes KY
• Minimum experience required : at least 1 year experience in EP Credentialing Timeframe : 120 daysBR : 550 / hourAll inclusive? : noName clear : Yes please present with name and NPI. Department expects name clears to be returned within 24 hours.Interview : Provider will need to interview with department recruiter then 1-2 interviews with the departments Shift Info : Day 5x8-Hour 08 : 00 - 17 : 00
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
