Job Description

The Mental Health Therapist role involves

• Assessing, treating, and collaborating with clients, families, and community agencies
• Functioning as part of a medically integrated care team with weekly supervision
• Delivering a minimum number of client visits per week
• Conducting mental health assessments and developing care plans
• Supporting client engagement by connecting with care team members for comprehensive wellness
• Maintaining clear documentation and participating in team meetings and supervision
• Providing evidence-based clinical treatment and consulting with colleagues
• Engaging in training and professional development activities
