Emergency Medicine Assignment in Central MS EM, FM, IM, or Gen-Surg Residencies Accepted

Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a facility in central Mississippi that has a contract assignment for a physician to assist with Emergency Medicine coverage.

Assignment Details :

• Schedule : 12-hour day or night shifts
• Level III trauma
• Patient Volume : 9-11 per provider per shift, 55-75 total per day
• 16 total beds, 8 monitored beds
• Trauma cases are shipped out
• Support Staff : Additional physicians, NPs, and nursing staff
• Subspecialty Support : Laboratory services, radiology, and pharmacy
• Accepting residencies in emergency medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or general surgery with ER experience
• Must be board-certified
• Any state license accepted
• Paid travel & expenses
