Cloud Services Engineer

A company is looking for a Cloud Services Engineer to facilitate customer implementations into its global cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer experience during the onboarding process

Take ownership of responsibilities during customer implementation projects

Collaborate with project managers to complete assigned tasks and document processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

2+ years of hands-on experience as a VMware administrator

Experience in enterprise customer-facing technical support

VMware VCA / VCP / VCAP certification

Experience with large-scale virtualization clusters and Cisco products
