The Refractory & Mechanical Foreman will have strong leadership skills and hands-on expertise in the installation of ceramic fiber blanket refractory linings insulation systems and related mechanical components. This role performs labor and oversees on-site crews ensures safe and efficient execution of work and maintains quality standards while traveling to multiple industrial job sites.

Responsibilities :

Refractory & Mechanical Work

• Lead and perform installation of ceramic fiber blanket refractory linings modules board systems and insulation materials.
• Oversee mechanical tasks related to refractory support systems anchors frames and steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints isometric drawings and technical instructions.
• Ensure proper surface prep anchor placement material handling and installation techniques.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with engineering requirements and industry standards.
