Key Responsibilities

Assist recovery staff in developing legal and procedural arguments for appeals

Draft complex appeals and letters to insurance companies

Review client contract language and apply it to resolve denied claims

Required Qualifications

Law degree from an accredited college or university

Barred in one state or must be bar-eligible within 6 months of graduation
