This opportunity near Tiffin, OH offers flexible scheduling, premium top of market pay, and an autonomous, independent setting.

The Role :

• Run 3‐4 ORs daily : OR, endo, OB, cardiology
• Community Hospital Level 3 trauma, Level 1 OB. 30 inpatient beds, 5 ICU beds, 10 OB beds
• CRNA only practice, 4‐5 CRNAs daily
• Autonomous, independent setting
• Diverse case mix : ortho, urology, general, OB (800 deliveries per year), gyn, pediatric dentistry, podiatry, cardiology ‐ TEE, cardioversion. GYN and general utilize Da Vinci robot
• Team averages 17 cases / day
• Call : 1 : 6 call, post call day off, call is from home / call apartment with less than 30 min call back time for emergency OB C‐section
• Schedule : M‐F 7a‐5p. weekends and holidays are covered by on‐call provider.
• Weekends off unless on call
• Finished daily by 5 pm or earlier on weekdays unless you are on‐call
• EMR‐ epic
