Schedule :  Full-Time

Shift :   Monday – Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 15 pm (hours could vary); No weekends, no holidays, no call   .

Location :  UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Pain Management Clinic, 120 N. Oak St, Hinsdale Hospital
