Account Executive Countertop Sales (Construction Industry)

Location : Shawnee, KS

Type : Full-Time

Industry : Stone Fabrication / Residential & Commercial Construction

Compensation : $50K base + uncapped commission

Were searching for a confident, experienced Account Executive to build and deepen client relationships across residential construction, remodeling, and commercial project channels.

If you're a relationship-first sales professional with construction or stone industry experienceand you thrive in fast-moving, service-driven environmentsthis is a high-visibility opportunity to make a direct impact.

What Youll Do :

  • Build strong, ongoing partnerships with new construction builders , remodeling contractors , and commercial accounts across the Midwest
  • Deliver accurate and compelling quotes and proposals , tailored to each clients scope and specifications
  • Coordinate closely with project managers and fabrication teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and on-time installations
  • Use CRM tools to track outreach, pipeline status, and project milestones
  • Support business development by identifying market trends and sharing insights with company leadership

What You Bring :

  • 25+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally in construction, stone, cabinetry, or building products
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners
  • Confidence navigating quoting, pricing, and estimating
  • Strong organizational habits and follow-through
  • A self-starter mindset with a high sense of accountability and integrity
  • Familiarity with granite, quartz, and other surfacing materials is a major plus
