Location: Stead, NV
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Includes Pension Plan)

Join a respected manufacturing team where your experience and attention to detail are valued. We are seeking an experienced Production Machine Operator with a background in injection molding to support high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:
• $24.90/hr - Day Shift
• $27.40/hr - Night Shift



Shifts & Schedule:
• 12-hour rotating shifts (6 AM-6 PM, 6 PM-6 AM)
• 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
• Rotates monthly between day shift and night shift (must be able to work both)

What You'll Do:
• Perform calibration (QC) tasks on processing equipment
• Use basic math and data entry skills
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Measure pipe and verify dimensional tolerances
• Prepare products for shipping according to specific packaging requirements
• Support team members to maintain efficient production

What We're Looking For:
• Injection molding experience required
• Background in production or manufacturing
• Ability to perform calibrations and machine adjustments
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong measuring and basic math skills
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean background and ability to pass a full drug screen (not THC-friendly)
• Fluent in English
