Field Service Engineer - Packaging & Automation Equipment

Job Description

Overview : An industry-leading manufacturer of film extrusion lines, printing presses, and paper converting equipment company is seeking a Field Service Engineer with Packaging and Automation experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and commission automated machinery at customer facilities across the U.S. and Canada (paper bag machinery experience preferred)
• Perform hands-on testing and adjustments to meet product performance standards
• Provide on-site technical support, operator training, and system walk-throughs
• Communicate effectively with customers to plan service activities and resolve issues
• Complete detailed service documentation and travel reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve equipment performance and customer satisfaction
• Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to solutions and process improvements
