Job descriptionProvide in-home nursing care, including assessments, treatment plans, and medication administration. Monitor patient health status and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on managing illness and post-treatment care. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Travel to patient homes within assigned territory. Updated Resume RN License Driver's License

Job Type : Full-Time (Permanent)
Shifts : 8-10hours, Can schedule their own timings by calling patients.
Requirements :
- Active RN License
- Valid Driver's License and must have their own vehicle.
- Previous experience preferred, New Grads are welcome and will be provided training.
