Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Orthopedic Surgery / Physician to work Locums in Red Bluff, California (CA). The anticipated start is ASAP, work with a competitive market rate and benefits.The Orthopedic Surgery Role : Small rural community hospital Trauma Level 3 center EMR : Cerner Support : OR 72 licensed beds Procedures : Full general orthopedic coverage, higher level patients transferred to hospital to the north. Required : CA License active, unrestricted. DEA, CA fluoroscopy (certificate in-hand). Malpractice record, NPDB clean preferred. Board Certification / Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency / Fellowship completed at ACGME approved program Currently working, in post-training position.Schedule : 24-hr on beeper rate (includes 4 hours stipend). Call back hourly rate, after first 4 hours. Holiday pay. 24 / 7 coverage for ED and inpatient consultations Weekend Requirements : 24-hour call On Call Requirements : 24-hour call Critical Dates : Sep 5-7 (ending 8th am); Oct 17-19 (ending 20th am); Nov 24-Nov 30 (ending 1st am); Dec 19-28 (ending 29th am).Benefits : Competitive market rate (based on availability, experience, and certifications) Includes standard rate reimbursement : airfare, lodging, and rental car.
