We are seeking an experienced SAP Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Discrete Manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA , particularly across Materials Management (MM) , Production Planning (PP) , and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
This on-site position plays a key role in supporting and optimizing end-to-end business processes, including production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics execution . The SAP Analyst will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure our SAP environment supports efficient, scalable, and high-quality manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and enhance SAP S / 4HANA modules (MM, PP, SD) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to analyze and improve business processes.
- Develop functional specifications, conduct testing, and create user training materials.
- Provide daily on-site support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.
- Maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and user procedures.
- Identify and implement best practices for discrete manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.5–10 years of hands-on SAP functional experience with S / 4HANA .Strong knowledge of MM, PP, and SD modules and their integration points.Proven experience supporting Discrete Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.SAP certification(s) in relevant modules preferred.Compensation & Benefits
