The Opportunity
In your role as the Area Asset Protection Manager for the Hawaii market, you will implement the overall Asset Protection program effectively. Your success will be influenced by your ability to build strong partnerships and communicate with boutique management, the RVP, partnering departments, the Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager, West Region, and AP Director. A key focus is taking proactive measures to minimize theft and safety concerns through comprehensive training. Daily responsibilities include effectively managing vendor guards, collaborating with vendor guard management for scheduling and performance, ensuring the maintenance of all AP-related equipment, and overseeing all aspects of Asset Protection for special events.
