What You'll Do : Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the hotel and resort environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to maintain a visible presence and help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols. Support hotel staff and management by assisting with crowd control during events and / or busy periods as required. Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency services when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
