Job descriptionTesting samples to ensure the product is acceptable Support R&D and Production with destructive and non-destructive testing on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics Perform annual component and assembly layouts Perform dimensional layouts for product analysis from R&D Lab, production, supplier, and customer concerns Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas to create measuring processes to accurately verify conformance. Evaluate data and prepare reports, graphs, and charts as needed to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Verify accuracy of gauges and measuring instruments such as dial indicators, fixed gauges, height gauges, and electrical and functional gauges. Compute unspecified dimensions and other data. All other duties as assigned High School diploma and 5+ years of QA experience Must demonstrate ability to fully operate, set up, and / or program key measuring equipment Must demonstrate ability to fixture parts for manual or CMM measurements Must demonstrate ability to create a CMM program from a part drawing / model and verify accurate operation and measurement. Knowledge of interpreting GD&T drawings Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and other related programs. 3+ Years of experience in a manufacturing environment including Metrology and / or CNC set-up Certification in Relevant CMM programming

- Support and assist quality and metrology technicians
- Receiving Inspection - Daily
Quality inspection from each shipment or production lot
